There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, a basic understanding of workplace dynamics and leadership principles is beneficial. A strong grasp of the English language (both written and verbal) is required to ensure successful participation and completion of the course. Basic computer literacy and access to a computer for online components (if applicable).
