There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, a basic understanding of workplace dynamics and leadership principles is beneficial. A strong grasp of the English language (both written and verbal) is required to ensure successful participation and completion of the course. Basic computer literacy and access to a computer for online components (if applicable). For those entering the training and assessment field, it’s recommended (but not required) to have some experience in the vocational area in which they wish to train.
