This half-day face-to-face program provides a comprehensive review of the key units required to wokr as a supervisor, ensuring you remain at the forefront of training excellence and are fully equipped to deliver impactful and effective training sessions.

TAEDEL301 Provide work skill instruction
TAEASS401 Plan assessment activities and processes (Refresher)
TAEASS402 Assess competence
TAEASS403 Participate in assessment validation (Refresher)
Prerequisites
Participants must currently be working as a trainer or assessor, and their certification must not be more than 5 years old.
* Note If you hold an older qualification, we offer options for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Gap Training. These options are assessed on an individual basis. Prospective participants will need to provide their statement of attainment for review prior to enrolling. Additionally, a third-party report must be signed. RPL charged at an additional $200 per unit.
A third party report will be required to sign at your workplace. If you aren't in a training and assessing role and can't get this signed, you will be required to find work placement to have this signed to obtain your statement of attainment.
