Private Client Terms (Applicable for Private Courses) 

  • Cancellation Fee: 50% of the course fee if cancelled within 7 days from the course start. Payment or a completed Purchase Order must be supplied before the learner attends the course. 
  • Certificates: Available within 10 working days following the course. Priority certificates are available on request. All attendees are invoiced on the first day of the course. Quote acceptance acknowledges the above terms. 
  • Trainer Day Fee: $500 per day is charged for a private course. 
  • Minimum Course Charge: The minimum charge is for 10 people. 
  • Accommodation and Transport: Provided by or billed to the customer. 

Public Course Terms 

  • All courses must be paid prior to training. 
  • Certificates won’t be issued unless payment is made. 

Limitation of Liability 

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Website. 
  • We do not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not guarantee the security or privacy of any information transmitted through the Website. 

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
