using the training website (the “Website”) operated by Onsite Training Australia (“us”, “we”,
or “our”).

do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated here, please do not use the Website.

Use of Website

only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time

You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the Website and
its content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information

Private Client Terms (Applicable for Private Courses)

  • Cancellation Fee: 50% of the course fee is payable if cancellation is made within 7
    days of the course start date. Payment or a completed Purchase Order must be
    supplied before the learner attends the course.
  • Certificates: Available within 10 working days following the course. Priority
    certificates are available on request. All attendees are invoiced on the first day of the
    course. Quote acceptance acknowledges the above terms. Certificates will not be
    issued until payment has been received.
  • Trainer Day Fee: Ranges between $500 – $1,350 per day depending on numbers.
  • Minimum Course Charge: The minimum charge is for 6 people.
  • Accommodation and Transport: Provided by or billed to the customer.

Public Course Terms

  • Public course dates are subject to change based on minimum registrations up to 10
    days prior to the course. If you need a locked-in date, please book a private course
    with us.
  • All public courses must be paid in full by course commencement, even if you have a
    Purchase Order (P.O.).
  • Cancellation Fee: 50% of the course fee is payable if cancellation is made within 7
    days of the course start date. Payment or a completed Purchase Order must be
    supplied before attending the course.
  • Certificates won’t be issued unless payment is made.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the
Website.
We do not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted and we do not
guarantee the security or privacy of any information transmitted through the Website.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. By
continuing to access or use the Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be
bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
