Before you enrol
A minimum of 3 months practical implementation of the delivery and assessment skills learnt in Part A is required to finalise your Cert IV certificate. The bulk of this is already covered during Part A and Part B — group and individual facilitation, trainer feedback, peer observation and professional development are all logged as you go in the OTA Practical Logbook, with our trainers signing off along the way. This also finalises any outstanding TAEDEL411 evidence from Part A. The one piece to complete afterwards is a further 8 hours (Min) of group training delivery in your workplace, to round out the 10-hour group facilitation minimum. Once that's logged, a Third Party Report covering TAEDEL411, TAEDEL415 and BSBHRM413 is signed off by a supervising or qualified VET trainer/manager to finalise TAEDEL415 and your full Certificate IV. If you aren't in a training and assessing role and can't get this signed, we can help you with suggestioins to find a work placement to get it signed off for your statement of attainment.
