Public courses need a minimum of 6 paid participants to proceed. If minimum numbers aren't met, your enrolment is rescheduled to the next available date — and if no suitable date can be arranged, you receive a full refund promptly.

No. Everything is completed in session through the Strategic Training Process — coaching, mentoring, facilitating and training, face-to-face. The only exception is workplace evidence some qualifications require by design (like TAE40122's workplace facilitation log), which we set you up to complete on the job.

Yes. Every unit is delivered under a registered training organisation — Emerging Leadership Institute (RTO #46082), SpecTraining (RTO #31971) or QTAD (RTO #32238) — and each unit on your certificate is attributed to its delivering RTO.

Course fees are listed on every course page. At checkout you pay the course fee plus GST and a $50 administration fee (plus GST) — the total you see is the total you pay, and a tax invoice is issued automatically.

You'll need a Unique Student Identifier before certificates can be issued, but you don't need it to book — supply it at booking or any time before your course starts.
