About this course

Your best operators already know the job. What they often lack is the structure to teach it and the evidence base to sign someone off. Mine Site Trainer & Assessor covers two units from TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment: TAEDEL311 Provide work skill instruction, and TAEASS412 Assess competence. Together they cover how to break a task down, instruct one-on-one or to a crew, gather assessment evidence that stands up, and make a defensible competent/not-yet-competent decision. Delivered face-to-face Publicy over 3 Days or at your site over 2 Days. Built for site-based trainers, supervisors, crew leaders and subject matter experts on FIFO and DIDO rosters across mining, rail, construction and resources. Both units credit directly toward TAE40122 if participants continue to the full qualification. This face- to -face training program is delivered by ONSITE Training Australia on behalf of SpecTraining (RTO 31971)
