Before you ask
How many people do we need to make it worthwhile?
Private delivery generally makes sense from around six participants — the point at which travel and downtime for a public course usually exceed the cost of bringing us to you. Below that, our public course dates are often the better call, and we'll tell you so.
Can you cover multiple sites or a rolling program?
Yes. We run back-to-back groups and multi-site programs, and for teams training continuously we plan 3, 6 and 9 months ahead so dates are locked before rosters are set.
Are you actually registered to deliver this?
Yes — and we're specific about it. Training is delivered under Emerging Leadership Institute (RTO #46082) or our partner RTOs SpecTraining (#31971) and QTAD (#32238), depending on the qualification. Every unit is attributed to its delivering RTO on your paperwork, and our policies are published on the site.
What does it cost?
Private delivery is quoted per program — it depends on group size, location, the qualification and how much contextualisation is involved. Tell us your numbers and we'll come back with a real figure rather than a range that means nothing.
What if we're not sure what training we need?
That's a normal starting point. Tell us the roles and what they need to be able to do, and we'll map it to the right qualifications and units — including telling you when you need less than you thought.
